Bottle Inspection

Transparent Plastic bottle. I really love the raised white print as it gives the bottle some texture. This bottle also has stickers for the UPC and measurements, indicating that they are not making different bottles for different markets.

Pourability

This sriracha sauce squirts right out of the twist top. This sauce is thin enough to easily get out of the bottle but thick enough to hold onto whatever you put it on.

Smell & Taste

The fermented chili’s and garlic rings true on this sauce. Considering the short ingredient list this sauce is quite pleasant. There is a sweetness that you can smell too. First you are greeted with a sweet flavor. Its almost a false sense of security becuase 2 seconds later the sweet fades rapidly and is followed by a sudden burn. Its not too intense though. The pepper and garlic flavor shows its face here and leaves you wanting more.

Final Thoughts

This sriracha might be the new sriracha on the block. Considering how the Rooster sauce that we all know and love has changed pepper distributors, there is a contender for top tiger/rooster.

Chris found his love for hot sauce in 2009. After moving away from home and learning to cook, he ruined many meals. Being too poor to throw the food away, it was then covered in hot sauce just to make it edible. This quickly evolved into a love for the nuances and intricacies of various peppers and how they can change the overall depth of a dish.
