We hot sauce lovers have one common problem: Not enough space in the fridge. Especially when you have a family that you share the fridge with. I have a single shelf of the fridge door that I get to keep my sauces in, AND part of it is occupied by Soy Sauce! I am working on adding more reviews to the site but I have to finish the sauces that I have. So for the next few weeks, I will be working to empty out my fridge shelf and start anew!
This is hard to do though when you have some pretty hot sauces that you don’t use a lot of. Ghost pepper sauce for example. I’m not dumping it all over a pizza. It just isn’t going to happen.
So to start us off, lets look at a few sauces that I got on closeout:
- Woodstock Ghost Pepper and Scotch Bonnet Hot Sauces.
- Truff Original Hot Sauce.
