So I swung by Walmart to grab something on the way home from work the other day. While I was bee lining through the grocery section (to get in and out as quickly as possible) I was immediately met with the sound of angels humming “Awwwwwwhhhhhhhhh”.
I look to my left, and what do I see? But a rack full of hot sauce bottles staring back at me.
They were tiny, the size of airplane liqour bottles. They were so cute and there were so many! My eyes are bouncing all over the display, until finally they screech to a halt.
I land on a sign that said: “$1”.
I shook my head and blinked a few times. I knew this could not be real! “In this economy?” I asked myself.
I was overwhelmed with glee. I had to snap myself back into reality. “Don’t do it!!” I said to myself. You don’t need to do this. You have more than enough sauces in the fridge right now that you need to finish.
So I listened to my evolved instincts. I did not give in to primal temptation, and I meandered away to grab the item I needed.
On the way back, however, I walked past the display again. On purpose? Coincidentally? I’d be lying if I said I knew. But what I can tell you is, all reason left my body the second I saw the display for the second time.
I grabbed every single variant they had on this display. And there were a lot.
Want to play a game? Let’s play that “Guess how many Jellybeans are in the Jar” game, but this time, with hot sauces in a bag.

I’ll wait.
.
Give up yet? There were 43 bottles in that bag. 43 new sauces for me to try and add to this website. 43 new experiences. And considering the size of the bottle, 43 spicy meals.
So get ready. There is going to be a wave of sauce reviews coming in, and I couldn’t be more excited.
